Mrs. Wiemann,

That is exactly how we feel about him! I just wanted to let you know that if you decide to sell the grullo filly - please let us know. We have been thrilled about the cross also. Poco has shown a lot of cow (had him on cattle three times) - really tracking well and is quite cowy. It has been so nice to hear from you.....have a great week!

The fillies are doing great. We would have like to put the Howy filly in the futurity, but you know how expensive that gets. I Know you wanted some pictures and I will try and send some sometime, because the both are very nice horse and I would like you to see them.

She's precious! (by the pictures). I can’t wait to get her.  Don't forget to let me know how much for the coggins, shot and vet. so I can send the money. I’m saving my nickels and dimes for next year. I have my fingers crossed that the next years new one is a filly. If not I guess I”ll get another stud!    Carline Powell   (Virginia)

Dear Nancy:

Just wanted to drop you a line as I told you before we would try to keep you posted on how Bitty progresses. Here's a picture of her. She has about 90 days of training, and is really doing well. I'll be putting it to the test in October when we go on a trail ride. She's ready to start on cattle. I'll let you know how she does. Sorry to hear about CT Mr. San Peppy

Boy did she change since the time I saw her! I know I told you but boy did she fill out! Huge hip and nice sized body.   The Pepsi filly even likes me to scratch her hip and will stop in the aisle way, when I turn them out after eating, to let me scratch her! She's letting her personality come out now. So has Okie's filly. Okie is a lot of fun to ride.  Will make me nice broodmares for Radar. Text Box: Hi Nancy, We got Peppy from Brad Barnes at Lexington, Ne; we really like him. WE bred 6 mares to him for 2004. He is so laid back, this summer we took him and my mare to the YMCA camp for 8-12 yr. olds and he acted like he did that everyday. I am taking lessons with him right now with a reputable trainer here; hoping to show him in reining, working cow, and team penning/sorting. I'll keep you updated on him. Julie (Nebraska)

Nancy,

Just thought I'd let you know that Zanza (3yr old we sold as broke gelding) had his first lesson today with a talented beginner, she's 12 and has been riding for about 4 months, and he was wonderful!  He was just a dream with picking up leads and doing pattern work.  We also had a girl scout troop out on Saturday for a demonstration and I used him for it.  He stood so quietly for everything and loved all the attention the girls gave him afterwards.  (And treats!)  I haven't had one problem with him and he's seen a lot of miles since we got him.  Some pretty demanding off road miles, as well.  He takes it all with ease!   Amanda  (MN)

Hello Nancy, I just wanted to let you know that Billie Badger (3yr old broke gelding) is doing great. It has been in the 70's here, so we have been riding him as much as possible. He has done everything we have ask him to do. We could not of asked for a better horse, he is exactly what we were looking for. We are extremely happy with him. Thanks Very Much,    Scott Stickland (Delaware)

Buddy and I are getting along great. I'm really enjoying him. I've

only ridden him a few times but I feel that we're pretty well connected. I

have not ridden him on cows yet... sometime in the beginning of January.

I'm looking forward to it. He's everything you said he was and more.
